feat: добавить хаб документаций

- добавлен React/Vite-лендинг с карточками документаций
- добавлена генерация корневого llms.txt из конфига документов
- добавлена сборка SLM Design через VitePress
- добавлены Dockerfile, Caddyfile и Gitea CI/CD
- настроены контекстные Link headers для llms.txt
